Amaze Clean is expanding — and we need YOU to help keep us running like clockwork.

We deliver premium cleaning services with meticulous attention to detail, and now we need an Operations Coordinator who's organised, calm under pressure, and the "soft place to land" for our clients and team.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role, shape it to your strengths, and grow alongside a fast-moving business that values excellence, initiative, and a human touch.

Role details:

* Hours: 25–30 hours/week, Monday–Friday (with flexibility for school hours if needed).
* Pay: $32–$35/hr + allowances, depending on experience (aligned with the Cleaners Award/Clerks Award).
* Location: Mindarie office base with travel to client sites (Joondalup to Butler, occasional metro trips).
* WFH: Yes — admin and scheduling can be done from home when not required in the field.
* Travel: Own car required, mileage paid for work-related travel.

What you'll do:

* Be the first point of contact for the team, keeping communication clear and positive.
* Schedule and roster shifts, keeping clients informed of changes.
* Manage onboarding and training of new hires.
* Oversee kit, stock, and equipment — keeping everything in top shape.
* Assist with quoting and inspections for new and existing clients.
* Conduct occasional quality control visits to ensure our high standards are met.

Must-haves:

* Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable).
* Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
* Quick thinking, initiative, and confidence in making decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to learn our systems (training provided).

Nice-to-haves:

* Experience in scheduling, rostering, or operations in a service-based business.
* Familiarity with tools like Jobber and DriversNote.
* A calm, caring manner — you're the steady hand and listening ear for our clients and team.
