Description The Opportunity Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of ground support operations underground. You’ll lead shift supervisors and operational crews to deliver the mining plan safely, on schedule, and within budget—while driving performance against monthly KPIs. This is a hands on leadership role suited to an underground professional who thrives on accountability, mentoring strong teams, and maintaining uncompromising safety and production standards. Roster & Travel 8 days on / 6 days off 12 hour shifts FIFO from any Australian capital city Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all underground ground support activities Ensure safe, high quality execution of the mining plan Manage and mentor underground shift supervisors and crews Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and cost control Ensure compliance with mine plans, procedures, and site standards Deliver production targets while maintaining Redpath’s safety culture Qualifications About You You’re an experienced underground mining leader who brings both technical expertise and people leadership to the table.
