Key Responsibilities
* Production Support: Feeding raw materials (preforms, caps, packaging) to the lines to prevent downtime.
* Finished Goods: Efficiently clearing pallets and loading trucks for dispatch.
* Inventory Accuracy: Using RF scanners to ensure every pallet is accounted for.
* Forklift Operation: Counterbalance and high reach (training and support offered).
* Safety Leadership: Maintaining a "safety first, speed second" mindset in a busy warehouse.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a forklift operator.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
* Australian LF licence is essential.
* Meticulous attention to detail for accurate order fulfilment.
* Willingness to commit to a full‐time, ongoing rotational roster.
