Our client is seeking a Finance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and mentor a small finance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and meaningful work.
About the Role
* Manage financial processes, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance
* Prepare monthly claims to Services Australia
* Deliver financial insights to support leadership and service outcomes
* Liaise with clients and coordinators on aged care financial matters
* Coordinate monthly management and funding reports
* Mentor and support finance team members
About You
* Accounting/Finance qualification or 1-2 years' experience in a finance role
* Experience with Xero or similar highly regarded!
* Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
* Aged care or community services experience (desirable)
