Base pay range

A highly respected Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong pipeline of infrastructure and subdivision projects across NSW is seeking a driven Site Engineer to join their delivery team. Known for their technical capability, collaborative project culture, and long-standing client relationships, this contractor delivers some of the state's most dynamic and diverse civil works.
A highly respected Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong pipeline of infrastructure and subdivision projects across NSW is seeking a driven Site Engineer to join their delivery team. Known for their technical capability, collaborative project culture, and long-standing client relationships, this contractor delivers some of the state's most dynamic and diverse civil works.
The Role:
* Assist the Project Engineer and PM in day-to-day site operations and delivery coordination
* Oversee QA processes including ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, and daily site reporting
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project progress
* Update and manage short-term programs and construction schedules
* Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards including SWMS and site audits
* Provide technical support and problem-solving on-site
About You:
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Previous experience working in civil infrastructure - ideally subdivisions, roads, or bulk earthworks
* Competent in site-based QA and construction documentation
* Clear communicator with a proactive and hands-on approach to site coordination
* Construction White Card and driver's licence essential

Desired Skills and Experience
