The Project Officer assists with the development, management and delivery of strategic projects for PSP through the provision of advice and consultancy in the development, coordination, management, and delivery of projects.The Project Officer has a diverse range of responsibilities within PSP. Key functions include providing accurate and timely advice on project progress and emerging risks and issues and supporting the broader team when providing recommendations to enable effective project establishment, progression, and oversight.In this role, you will work closely with the broader team to successfully establish, progress, and implement projects across the PSP division, using the recommended project management framework.The PSP division oversees and contributes to key functions for the Department of Health and the WA health system including:Health budget and health purchasing including service agreements with the Health Service Providers.Health system economic and demand modelling.System performance, data integrity and data linkage.National and public reporting.Financial operations, financial reform, and financial policy.Management of key community sector contracts for statewide servicesAbout YouWe are looking for enthusiastic applicants who possess strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
