As a Finance Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive narrative of the company's financial performance.
Your responsibilities will include constructing and scrutinizing annual and quarterly Profit & Loss statements to ensure accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning.
You will assess company performance at various levels, providing key insights on revenue and profit trends, and engage in scenario analysis to forecast potential impacts on business outcomes.
Your presentations for leadership will encapsulate financial insights and strategies, contributing to business process improvements and upholding our commitment to accuracy and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you should possess professional finance or accounting certification, backing your industry knowledge with formal qualifications.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the finance industry, preferably in FP & A, is required, along with adeptness at financial modelling and excellent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
Familiarity with financial statements including P & L, cash flow, and balance sheets is essential, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to navigate stakeholder relationships.
