**Position Title**:Inventory and System Support Co-ordinator
**Location**: Laminex Trewin Street Plant, Ballarat

We're seeking an Inventory and System Support Co-ordinator to join our team and help us maintain inventory control and reliability within our manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the effective use of our MES and ERP systems, troubleshooting any operation issues, and ensuring compliance with inventory and production recording.
**To succeed in this role, you'll need**:
- High levels of literacy and communication skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Previous experience in inventory control and data management systems, including exposure to ERP systems like BPCS/SAP and MES systems
- Well-developed problem-solving ability and the ability to coach and mentor production staff to achieve better results
- A logical and methodical approach to work, with the ability to carry out presentations and training of small groups
