Strong troubleshooting skills are required to provide technical support for customers and escalate as necessary. Ability to communicate technical issues on a non-technical level is also essential.

Maintaining service tools and equipment, as well as accurate compliance of all field service administration and reporting requirements, are key responsibilities of the Service Technician.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in an electronic / engineering / IT field and experience in servicing precision equipment.

A strong understanding of computer literacy and networking is essential, with the ability to work unsupervised.

Additional desirable skills include knowledge of DICOM standard, SQL and PACS.
