Key Responsibilities:

* Source and select quality timbers and materials that meet project needs.
* Prepare detailed layouts and measurements for carpentry tasks, taking into account structural integrity and aesthetics.
* Cut, shape, and assemble wooden parts with precision and care, paying attention to detail and craftsmanship.
* Erect frameworks and roof structures with accuracy, ensuring a solid foundation for future developments.
* Lay sub-flooring and floorboards for sturdy installations, meeting safety and compliance standards.
* Assemble and nail cut parts to form walls and other structures, working efficiently and effectively.
* Verify alignment and trueness of constructed frameworks, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
* Install exterior wall cladding, windows, and door frames, paying attention to detail and workmanship.
* Shape and fit wood joints to meet structural needs, using expertise and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
* Construct and install concrete formwork when required, collaborating with the team to achieve project goals.
* Repair and maintain existing fittings as needed, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
* Work with modern materials, including laminates and metals, applying skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:
