Is a Sales and Distribution business with a range of Industrial & B2B products that range from Electrical Equipment, Power Tools, Soldering Equipment and PPE.
Privately owned and organically grown, the organisation is looking to bring some structure to the sales function of the organisation, and alleviate the requirement for the General Manager and Managing Director being as customer facing and revenue generating.
**Your new role**
Will be management of all the customer-facing and sales generating staff which includes 2 x External Technical Sales Representatives, 1 x Regional Field Sales and 2 x Customer Service Consultants.
The business has an underutilised CRM system, with loads of great purchasing data from previous sales - but no call cycle methodology to maximise and grow existing clients, as well as seek out new ones.
**What you'll need to succeed**
The role requires someone with previous Sales Management experience in a Regional or State Sales Management role - and understanding of how to maximise both External Sales and Inside Sales / Customer Service.
A proven track record working for either a manufacturer that sells directly to end users, or pulls sales through distribution / wholesale partners, or who has worked with a Distribution business selling to end users. Reason being the sales team needs to quote, close and seal the deals directly.
**What you'll get in return**

Paying circa $135k Base + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle (allowance can be discussed if required) + Bonus.
