About the Role
Join a revitalised service led by newly appointed Senior Consultant and play a key role in shaping a hub‑and‑spoke model that will support the locals.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver holistic, compassionate care across inpatient, community and hospice settings
* Provide advanced symptom management and complex decision support
* Work within a highly collaborative MDT including Nurse Practitioners and specialist nursing
* Influence service development, workforce planning and clinical governance
* Work to the top of your scope and contribute to a growing regional model of care

What We're Looking For
* Staff Specialists: FAChPM (RACP) or eligibility
* SMO: FRACGP/FACRRM with significant Palliative Medicine experience (Clinical Diploma desirable)
* Strong communication, teamwork and a compassionate, patient‑centred approach
* Commitment to ongoing CPD
