About the Role
As Pharmacy Manager at Gambier Village Pharmacy, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
- Driving professional services, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Managing budgets, stock control, and store performance to achieve KPIs.
- Ensuring full compliance with QCPP and 8CPA skilled service standards.
- Providing high-quality patient care through clinical advice, dispensing, and medication reviews.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
- Strong skills in communication, team development, and workflow management.
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Vaccination accreditation and a genuine commitment to improving community health.
