As well as providing support, guidance, and supervision to junior Social Work team members. You will also be supported to undertake professional development opportunities and be encouraged to take part in quality improvement projects.As a senior Social Worker, you will need to be able to demonstrate specialist knowledge and have a good understanding of the forensic mental health act.You will also need to have highly proficient interpersonal and negotiation skills.
