About the Job
Being a Lifestyle Support Worker is a highly rewarding career, you will provide high-quality care to all participants with Leading Supports. Our participants have varying support requirements and your role will include but is not limited to, providing support to participants with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, understanding their individual needs and providing appropriate care. You will support our participants to achieve their goals by supporting them in activities relating to daily living, community access, transportation and wellbeing. As each participant requires individualised support you will be working under the general guidance from the participant and/or their guardian, within clearly defined company policy.

Current locations
We are currently seeking to expand our services across the greater Brisbane area although right now our main locations are in North Brisbane.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have successfully completed a cert III or IV in Disability or equivalent or willing to obtain
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in the community and disability sector
- Experience surrounding mental health
- Have a current Blue card or willing to obtain
- Have a current NDIS Support Worker Check/Yellow card or are willing to obtain
- CPR & First Aid or willing to obtain
- Police check or willing to obtain
- Residency documentation
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Must have a valid driver's licence
- Must have a registered and roadworthy car with comprehensive insurance
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated (first, second and booster doses)

**Salary**: $25.00 - $42.00 per hour
