**The role**:
Our Accounts Payable Office will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable processing and functions for the wider Symal Group.
**Your impact**:
With your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you will ensure quick and accurate invoice reconciliation and build strong relationships with our suppliers.
**Your every day**:
- Invoice registration (processing monthly debits)
- Statement reconciling (supplier statements, searching for missing invoices, liaising with PA's)
- Account maintenance / supplier queries
**Who are you?**
- Solid understanding of the accounts payable process
- JobPac software use and knowledge (highly favourable)
- Experience in similar Accounts Payable roles but not limited to construction companies
- The right attitude with a willingness to support others and work collaboratively
