Sr. Talent Partner
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Partner to join our organization. This role is responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR Service Delivery across a designated geographical client group.
This includes collaborating with senior leaders to apply best practice HR knowledge, developing influencing and communication skills, and aligning with the HR Strategy. Key initiatives include leadership development, talent and succession planning, change management, workforce planning, and full HR life cycle support.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, AHRI Membership, and experience in employee relations, maintaining procedural fairness and natural justice. They will also have knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements.
The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous, self-driven, and able to lead and mentor HR Advisors, Officers, and Administrators. They will possess exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to think practically and logically through complex situations.
* Drive continuous improvement of the HR function through effective influencing and collaborative working relations.
* Provide support to the HR Advisor on IR related matters.
* Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and prepare relevant paperwork.
* Provide support, counsel, and advice to managers regarding underperformance, misconduct, disciplinary action, and dismissals.
* End-to-end management of complex workplace investigations and grievance resolution.
* Drive process improvements through education and engagement of team.
