About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Care Consultant, youll be the first point of contact for trade store customers, handling face-to-face enquiries, processing orders and quotes, and offering product advice. Youll identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, support promotional activities, and ensure the store is presented to company standards.
What You Will Need
* Knowledge of tools and/or industrial supplies
* Experience in customer service or sales
* Strong communication skills and a professional manner
* Ability to work in a team and follow procedures
