The Curriculum Support Officer (CSO) – Personal Assistant provides high‐level executive and administrative support and leads people‐facing curriculum administration across the Senior School. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Senior School (Teaching and Learning), and supporting the Director as required, the role plays a pivotal part in managing curriculum‐related data, systems and records, particularly in relation to current students. The CSO provides confidential administrative and secretarial support and assists with the effective management of academic and curriculum information for enrolled students across the College.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level executive and administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director of Senior School (Teaching and Learning), including diary management, communication, and documentation.
* Coordinate and manage key curriculum processes, including examinations, reporting, course selections, and university applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
* Oversee student data management systems (e.g. SEQTA, Synergetic, EdSmart), maintaining accurate records and supporting data integrity across the Senior School.
* Lead the administration of major curriculum events, including Student‐Led Conferences, Course Counselling Day, and academic award processes.
* Prepare professional documentation and communications, including board papers, reports, presentations, and parent‐facing materials.
* Liaise effectively with students, families, staff, and external stakeholders, handling enquiries with professionalism, discretion, and a strong service focus.
* Support curriculum operations and projects, including initiatives such as New Metrics, ensuring smooth coordination and system setup.
* Manage administrative logistics for curriculum‐related activities, including catering, event coordination, and budget tracking.
* Maintain confidential student records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy and organisational standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes, identifying efficiencies and enhancing workflow effectiveness.
About You

You are a detail‐oriented and highly organised professional with a passion for supporting educational excellence through robust data and administrative systems. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high‐quality service to students, staff, and families.

* Demonstrated initiative to identify and solve challenges.
* Well‐developed organisational skills with an ability to work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* An ability to work autonomously under general direction.
* Hold a current Working with Children Check.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word (must be able to use mail merge).
* Experience with SEQTA and curriculum reporting processes and prior experience in a school‐based administrative role are highly desirable.
