Our story began with four people in a small office on the Gold Coast over 25 years ago. But with a relentless focus on the importance of true customer relationships, we've grown into Australia's most experienced specialist strata insurance broker.

BCB's dedicated team of more than 140 employees now manages insurance policies for over 22,000 body corporates across Australia. Using our significant strata broking and claims management expertise, we're recognised as subject matter experts and have an enviable reputation as a broker of choice.

We're riskadvisers. We partner with strata managers to solve problems and remove complexity. We help them make well‐informed insurance decisions for the strata communities they look after.

• Manage a portfolio through all stages of the broking process, with support from the Broking Team
• Develop strong working relationships with Strata Managers and Underwriters to support business retention and growth
• Confidently manage and respond to queries from Customers and Underwriters
• Maintain and develop knowledge of legislation, products and systems

• Commitment to honesty, integrity and transparency
• Customer‐centric perspective, with the desire to go the extra mile
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self‐motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Good level of computer literacy
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Flexibility to assist others, as and when required

• Strata insurance experience
• Tier 1 RG146
• Minimum 4+ years in a financial service role
• Experience and comfortable using a wide range of technology tools
