Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
* Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
* Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* Validate payroll data across digital platforms, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
* Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards, minimizing risks and fines.
* Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
* Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes, driving efficiency and productivity.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration, promoting effective communication and issue resolution.
* Lead and track project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
* 3–5 years of experience in payroll, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.), with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
* Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices, with a focus on regulatory excellence.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
