About the Role
We're looking for the right person to join our Client Success Team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll help our clients throughout their journey with us by engaging with them over the phone, by email, and through web chat to welcome them and answer questions while guiding them through our different solutions. A key aspect of your role is to ensure we're providing a fantastic level of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and care. If you're new to the technology space, don't let that hold you back – we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge. We are looking for a positive, bubbly, friendly, and eager‐to‐learn attitude – these qualities are essential in our team members.
About You
You will be a positive, engaging and happy person that loves talking to clients on the phone. You will be thorough and organised with a super clear telephone voice manner. You will enjoy making and receiving lots of phone calls with potential clients each day and helping direct them to the next stage in the Formitize new client pathway. You will be organised and look forward to following up with clients to check on progress and ensure they are moving through the Formitize Success Pathway.
