You will be responsible for providing leadership to the store to maximise sales, minimise costs and create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our employees, as well as safety being part of your day-to-day culture.

About the role
As a senior leader you will have previous leadership experience in a small-medium volume Store environment. You are a leader who believes that developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. Your attention to detail in critical data analysis and understanding of stock flow principles will feed our pipeline and control costs. Having a passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will see you deliver sales targets and KPI's which you will have the ability to influence in your Store.
What you will be doing
- Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their store
- Provide accurate product advice to trade customers and fellow staff
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations
- Having a passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will see you deliver sales targets and KPI's.
