Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Roster: Monday to Friday, occasional site travel
Key Benefit: $210k package or $125/hr
Key Essential Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Role Opportunity
Lead the design and integration of fluid bed dryers (FBD) and reheaters for major process plants. Oversee development of PFDs, P&IDs, and component selection, while managing site commissioning, vendor reviews, and ensuring design innovation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 10+ years thermal process equipment
• Expertise in FBD, reheaters
• Proficient in Aspen, HTRI, AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Australian Standards
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead FBD and reheater design
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, specs
• Size and select components
• Oversee site commissioning
• Conduct vendor review, HAZOP
