About the opportunity

As the Assistant to Director Patient Safety & Experience (PSE) and PSE Support Officer, you'll use your highly proficient IT ability, advanced administrative skills and exceptional communication skills to help achieve even more for all who need us.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve- Highly proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills- Significant experience with managing executive level committee agendas, minuting and action coordination- Be highly professional and have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity- Exceptional literacy skills- Health literacy knowledge is highly desirable- Passionate about the experience of our service users- Process mapping, design and project database management experience is highly desirable- Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills; and ability to multitask and meet deadlines- Quick to develop mutually respectful and working relationships with diverse people and/or community groups- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision and work collaboratively- Demonstrate initiative, discretion, confidentiality, and judgement of a high order- Highly developed interpersonal skills and commitment to customer/consumer service excellence
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
