Key Responsibilities:
* Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support
* Performing vocational assessments both face-to-face and virtually
* Establishing employer networks in various locations
* Utilising award-winning psychosocial risk tools to drive great outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Eligibility for registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW
* Experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable but not essential
* Proven experience working within a high-performance environment
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consultation skills, and the ability to establish effective stakeholder relationships
* Strong attention to detail with a result-focused approach
* Strong organisational skills and capacity to successfully manage competing priorities
* Ability to show initiative and work unsupervised
* Well-developed ability to undertake research and prepare data for reporting purposes
* Ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Police clearance and a Working with Children Check
