Certificate III Horticulture Trainee

AGA Group Training is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Certificate III Horticulture Trainee to start a rewarding career in the horticulture industry. If you enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll earn while you learn, gain hands‐on experience, and work toward a nationally recognised qualification with guidance from experienced industry professionals. As a Group Training Organisation (GTO), AGA Group Training will be there to support you throughout your traineeship with regular mentoring, check‐ins, and encouragement every step of the way.

About the Role:
* Assist with general garden and landscape maintenance
* Learn plant care, pruning, mulching, watering, and weed control techniques
* Use and maintain horticultural tools and equipment safely
* Support planting, soil preparation, and site presentation activities
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
* Work as part of a team while building practical industry skills
What we are looking for?
* A genuine interest in horticulture and working outdoors
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to follow instructions and work safely
* Good communication skills and a team‐focused approach
* Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred, but not essential for all applicants
* Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Horticulture
