Job Title: PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant - 3-Month Contract (Adelaide)
Rate: $900/day
Location: Adelaide (Remote across Australia considered)
Contract Duration: 3 months (Backfill role for holiday leave, immediate start)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant to join our client's team on a 3-month contract, providing support and backfill for a team member on leave. This is a Level 3 functional role working on service requests and standard support tickets. You will be collaborating with teams based across Australia and India, aligned to Adelaide time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, addressing tickets and service requests.
- Collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.
- Deliver high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts.
- Contribute expertise on best practices, options, risks, and impacts during solution design and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-6 years' experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules (e.g., Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self Service).
- Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
- Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
- Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
- Previous experience supporting higher education / university environments is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Finance, ELM).
- PeopleTools Certification.
