Position Purpose
Lead the evolution to more resilient, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions. To provide support to the business in a wide range of sales duties. Including support to our customers and sales team, collaborating with other departments including finance, aftersales, purchasing and warehouse to deliver exceptional customer service.
Major Responsibilities
* Internal sales
* Own and control CRM system - Salesforce
* Provide administrative support to sales team.
* Checking deliveries to ensure that all information matches records.
* Prepare and complete order paperwork according to schedule.
* Stock allocation.
* Despatching.
* Invoicing.
* Liaise with clients on orders
* Maintain and update Sales Order Progress - Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
* Production of weekly stock on hand report for customer distribution
* Provide tracking details for customer deliveries
* Any other duty required to assist with the administration of the business
Role Requirements
Excellent administration and computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Oracle
Excellent communication skills
Organised and be able to handle multiple tasks
Establish excellent working relationships with internal & external stake holders
