The Role
Step into a full-time role at our Invermaystore where you will :
Support the Store to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
Lead by example to foster a customer-obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences that reflects the highest industry standards
Coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve KPIs
Foster a collaborative, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support
Manage the end-to-end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy
Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices
About You
A confident people leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for success
Experienced in retail or sales leadership - ideally in interiors or building products
Skilled at coaching teams, managing priorities, and supporting others to reach their potential
Organised, adaptable, and proactive when handling multiple tasks
Strong communicator who leads by example and builds trust
Available to work a Tue - Sat roster
