Employment Consultant
An exciting opportunity awaits as an Employment Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions and make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
About the Role:
* You will identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
* You will support participants to identify skills to become job ready.
* You will deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
* You will enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
* You will develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
* You will build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willing to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Available to work 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday - 8:30am - 5:00pm.
