Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our direct sales and distribution channels for the Crompton brand.
This role will involve working closely with consultants across ANZ to specify our products in infrastructure and renewable installation projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a list of key ANZ projects within Salesforce, driving project content and growth targets, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve these objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants and internal teams.
* Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales management or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
