Your key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines incorporating industry good practice, tailored to the Department's operating environment.
- Provide governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management advice and guidance for digital and ICT functions.
- Contribute to, lead and assist with content development in preparing presentations, briefings, and reports.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Demonstrated experience in enabling and supporting effective corporate governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities in digital and ICT environments.
- Knowledge of IT governance, risk and compliance frameworks and standards e.g. COBIT, Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture (QGEA), ISO 38500, ISO 27001, ISO 31000.
- Strong collaborative, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills to inform and influence high-quality outcomes.
