Weekend Hospital Pharmacist
We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our team on weekends at St John of God Bendigo Hospital.
This permanent part-time role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable hospital experience while maintaining flexibility during the week.
* Efficiently and effectively dispense and distribute medication for patients in the hospital and for those being discharged.
* Prepare and provide discharge medication summaries.
* Offer medication counselling and education to patients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide advice on patient care.
* Process imprest medication orders for use in the hospital.
