As a result of internal movements, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Officer to work within the Workplace Rehabilitation and Health Division .
This is a permanent position located at our national HQ in Gosford, servicing our national Workplace Rehabilitation & Health team of 60+ employees .
Our WRH team works to deliver employees and employers a safe and durable return to work plan under various insurance schemes. If you are passionate about fostering a healthy work environment and helping individuals thrive, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
1. Providing excellent communication and customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
2. Overseeing the general WRH administration inboxes and Administration Portal
3. Processing WRH referrals
4. Using Excel to complete weekly reporting requirements
5. Driving new initiatives and work practices
Role Requirements :
1. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
3. Proven ability to attend to incoming queries and issues, effectively addressing client needs as they arise
