Cleaner – Northam Area (Evening Shift)
Iconic Property Services Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team in the Northam area.

Shift and Hours
Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across designated areas, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
Candidates must be available to work evening weekdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Duties Include
General cleaning throughout the shopping centre
Cleaning and maintaining restrooms and shared public amenities
Replenishing consumables and supplies
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting
Operating floor scrubbers and buffers
Main mall patrols to ensure cleanliness and safety
Following health and safety protocols
Other duties relevant to shopping centre operations as required
What We're Looking For
Previous cleaning experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable transport
Basic smartphone skills and app navigation
Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to carry out a range of cleaning tasks including amenity areas
