As Chief Financial Officer, you'll lead a dedicated team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the long-term financial sustainability, performance, and stewardship of community assets across the Sutherland Shire. You will provide trusted financial leadership to the CEO, Executive, Senior Management Team, and Elected representatives while building organisational capability, and supporting well‑informed decision‑making across the organisation.
As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a diverse team of professionals and guide the development and execution of financial services, integrated planning and reporting, business improvement, grants coordination, and commercial and strategic property functions.

Reporting directly to the Director Corporate, the Chief Financial Officer will require exceptional leadership capability and proven success in financial management, business improvement and stakeholder management.
