About the Role
The Project Delivery Manager will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of data centre construction projects on time and within budget. This involves managing project delivery, collaborating effectively with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality builds and infrastructure installations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the flow of technical information between engineering disciplines and stakeholders in construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards
* Managing construction contracts, including due diligence and compliance for third-party agreements
* Reporting to the Head of Construction on project progress, forecasting, procurement, and schedule updates
* Ensuring end-to-end oversight of assigned construction projects, focusing on value management, safety, structural adequacy, and verification of contracted works
* Identifying opportunities to optimise delivery, timelines, or innovation and liaising with consultants as needed
* Conducting meetings and maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders, including Service Managers and Engineers
* Building strong partnerships with suppliers and vendors while collaborating with peers to enhance capability
* Contributing to the growth of the team, providing leadership, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a positive culture

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large-scale, complex building projects, ideally in critical infrastructure environments like data centres or hospitals. They bring strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to identify risks and solve issues early.
