About the Role
We're seeking a passionate Home Stylist to join our talented team at Byron Bay. As the senior member of the team, you'll partner with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.
Our Home Stylists are provided with a unique rotating roster that supports work-life balance.
* A desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve sales targets and individual KPIs
* Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service
