Launched in 2006 the Goodyear Autocare franchise program offers customers localized service and expertise with the backing of an international brand. Goodyear has been operating in Australia since 1915 when it formed a distribution company, based in Sydney, Australia. It quickly expanded as it established a Melbourne office, and soon after had distribution arrangements in Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, and New Zealand. In 1989, Goodyear began franchising a multi-brand Tyre and automotive services retail shop with a sales focus on Goodyear products.
For Motor Mechanic
What would you need to have:
* Previous experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic
* Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive
* Experience in routine servicing a variety of makes and models, especially for brakes, oil changes, and suspension.
Tasks & responsibilities:
* Perform Peace of Mind service by running 15-20 diagnostic checks.
* Perform scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, and lubrication.
* Driven by performance and accountable results and you should be a team player and work well with others
* Maintaining a clean and presentable workplace and Adhering to OH&S
* Tyre fitting and wheel alignment experience
For Tire Fitter/ Wheel Balancing
What would you need to have:
* Enthusiastic work ethic
* Willing to undertake ongoing training and development
* Previous tire fitting, balancing, and fault diagnosis experience- Essential
* Driver's license
* Appropriate Australian working rights & Licence to do perform alignement.
