THE ROLE
HTC Welding is looking for the following skilled individuals for upcoming work due to our company continuously expanding:
* Mechanical Fitters
* Boilermaker / Welders
Applicants must contain a confined space ticket.
Due to ongoing expansion, we are in need of experienced individuals and leaders for rolling shutdowns in the southwest, ranging from one-day to weekly assignments.
*Applicants must reside in the Southwest Region, of Western Australia.*

DUTIES
* Mine site (as required), and yard maintenance works.
* Fabrication and on-site repairs
* Shut downs (around the South West region)
* Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on fixed and mobile plant to ensure efficient operation of the equipment.
* Troubleshooting and repairs to company equipment in line with manufacturers standards.
* Able to work in confined spaces and heights
* Asset inspections and reporting

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
* Current Australian Drivers Licence OR Reliable Transport
* Working at heights
* Enter & Work in Confined Spaces
* Construction White card
* High Risk Work Licence
* Right to Work in Australia
* Experience in mining maintenance environments and field equipment maintenance competency.
* Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
* Ensuring adequate scoping of corrective work.
* Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, be self-motivated and show passion toward the equipment within the department.
