About Assessment Services Consultant Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assessment Services Consultant. As a key player in our Apprentice Connect Provider division, you will be responsible for working closely with employers and job seekers to ensure both parties are set up for success.
In this pivotal role, you'll conduct essential pre-commencement advice and provide early education information, ensuring that the right supports are in place for all parties involved.
* Facilitate delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check
* Facilitate delivery of Employer Get Ready Check
* Liaise with relevant internal and external support services
* Contribute to increasing the commencement, retention and completion rate of Australian Apprentices
You will be a positive, adaptable, and driven self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support. With experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or employment services you will bring your:
* Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
* Ability to analyse, interpret and follow guidelines and procedures
* Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs
* Passion for working collaboratively and consultatively with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience influencing and negotiating within a complex and fast-changing environment
* Strong attention to detail and proven accurate and efficient data entry skills
* Demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs
