**NOW HIRING - PICKERS, PACKERS & MHE OPERATORS, COLD STORAGE ENVIRONMENTS**
Our client is a major global supply chain network for restaurant chains, and they are based in Dandenong South.
They have exciting opportunities for diverse and talented individuals, who are available for day shifts to join their team for an IMMEDIATE start.
The role entails working in a FMCG distribution environment, with a variety of duties across picking, packing, pelletizing and process work. The role entails working in the freezer and cool room environments, as well as completing consistent manual handling tasks of up to 18kilos.
**Pay Rate: Base $27.296 + 25% Casual Loading = $34.12 per hour + additional freezer penalties apply**
To be successful for this role, you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment as part of the process.
**A day in this role includes**:
- Accurately picking orders of various products across dry, chilled, and frozen goods, upkeeping KPI targets
- Completing fast paced manual handling and palletising tasks.
- Rotating, storing, and receiving products
- Operating a Voice headset, and a MHE Transporter, Pallet jacks, wrapper, and other various machines (full training provided)
**About you**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, FMCG, Freezer environment & able to lift up to 20kilos.
- Prior experience in a FMCG, production or similar environment
- Willing and able to undertake a pre-employment Medical, Police Check and/or Drug & Alcohol Assessment
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude
- MUST have strong knowledge of Workplace Safety & OHS Procedures
- Reliable transport to/from work
- Available to commence ASAP & ability to commit to peak seasonal periods
