Senior Rehabilitation Team Lead
A senior leadership position is available to lead a team of professionals in delivering rehabilitation services. This role requires strategic planning and operational management skills to drive business growth.
About the Role
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients
* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and customer outcomes
* Collaborate with the national management team to develop and execute business plans
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents
About You
* Minimum 4 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation
* At least 2 years of people management experience
* Current accreditation or membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
* Strong understanding of Workers Compensation principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
