Enterprise Client Growth Specialist
This role involves cultivating and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients. You will directly impact the company's growth by helping major organisations secure their payments, prevent fraud, and optimise their payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving retention, satisfaction, and advocacy through delivering value throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Develop strategic account plans to identify new business opportunities within accounts and execute upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
* Serve as a strategic advisor to understand organisational payment workflows, fraud risks, and compliance needs to propose best-fit solutions.
* Foster long-term, trusted partnerships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Eftsure’s SaaS platform.
* Analyse account health metrics and contract performance using CRM tools, proactively mitigating risks to renewal and growth.
Requirements:
* A proven track record (3+ years) in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative B2B SaaS sales, preferably in FinTech, Payments, or Cybersecurity.
* Demonstrated experience managing large, complex organisations—navigating multiple stakeholders and driving account expansion.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and active listening skills.
* Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to understand client business processes and identify pain points.
* Data-driven mindset—confident using insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
