* Diagnose and rectify software networking and system issues as they arise.
* Administer access permissions for AMPS7.
* Carry out data remediation for the transactional dataset to maintain its integrity.
* Advise on best practices for utilizing AMPS7.
* Assist in resolving technical queries from colleagues and stakeholders.
