What you'll be doing:
* Ensure branches have correct stock holdings and monitor internal stock transfers.
* Maintain and monitor inventory levels and analyse incoming shipments for priority items.
* Communicate effectively with Branch Managers, Purchasing, and the Distribution Supervisor.
* Run and analyse adjustment reports, taking action on any alarming adjustments.
* Oversee cycle counts and assist Purchasing when needed.
* Attend operations improvement meetings and maintain Taipan's culture.
To be successful you'll need some or all of the following:
* Warehousing systems knowledge
* Data input experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Well-developed organisational and time management skills
* Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
* Communication skills
* Valid full driver's license
