TAFE NSW is looking for world‐class educators to inspire the next generation of nursing students. The successful candidate will deliver classroom and practical instruction, develop curriculum, assess student progress, and support the career goals of learners.
Role Responsibilities
* Teach nursing courses to students in a part‐time, casual capacity.
* Develop and deliver engaging learning activities that meet industry standards.
* Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of the nursing profession and VET delivery.
* Build strong relationships with local industry to ensure training relevance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent (minimum).
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Three years post‐qualification experience in acute care (experience must be no older than five years).
* Willingness to develop vocational education and training (VET) knowledge, industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.
* Work with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship with a current New Zealand passport.
