* This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all programs and services across the home. This includes providing a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks, sales and admission process, assisting with recruitment and orientation administrative processes, and assisting with rostering as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification deemed by the employer.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has experience working in an aged care environment or similar setting. The ideal candidate will have intermediate computer skills, including Word and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should also be able to work well in a team environment and have a positive and friendly manner.
