If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and have proven experience ideally within retail hospitality, or financial services then we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
* Support NAB's Ballina branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
* Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
Qualifications
* A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB's diverse range of customers.
* A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every, transaction is efficient and accurate.

Hours and location
Join our team in this full time role within the hours 8:00am – 4:45pm, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Wednesday 8:30am - 5.15pm and 9:00am - 5.30pm Thursday.
